Cyclo Vietnamese Cuisine

I met my brother for a quick dinner, and he was craving some good pho, so he recommended this place. The restaurant was quite lively, with several large tables full of customers chatting and clearly enjoying themselves. We had a young lady as our server, and she was pleasant and attentive. I ordered the brisket pho, which came out fairly quickly—always a plus. My brother had the brisket and meatball pho, which was essentially the same dish with meatballs added, as expected. We ordered extra veggies with jalapeños, basil, and bean sprouts, and the flavor was really good. The price point was around $15 for my bowl, which felt reasonable for the portion and quality. 1/24/26: It was good, but I would not return -- only because I am extremely finnicky about my food. I hate any type of seafood, cannot stomach onions or peppers, despise almost any kind of vegetable (except corn & taters). Why did I try Cyclo then? I tagged along with my sister & her co-workers. I saw a few things on the menu that looked like it was something I could eat without too much trouble. I failed to take a picture of the Mongolian beef that I ordered, but it was inundated with onions. That's the weird thing: I don't mind the flavor they add to the dish, I simply do not want to eat them. The staff was very friendly. The service was fast. The selection of food was good. Unfortunately the food itself was just okay. It wasn't horrible, but it wasn't great. I gave it a three because the staff and was was so friendly that I'd feel bad giving the food a two. I had the wonton noodle soup. My wife had bún mắm. My wonton noodle soup was supposed to have pork in it. It had turkey slices. It was bizarre. Turkey is simply non-existent in regular Vietnamese cuisine. The noodles were okay, but the broth had a but of an aquarium algae aftertaste. The wontons were pretty yummy though. All and all, I wouldn't go back for the food. 🍜

Solid vietnamese food. My viet parents love coming here. Their menu is vast, authentic, and very good. For uncommon but amazing dishes, get the salt and pepper tofu, and Banh Uot which is a rice noodle dish. I like to switch out the meat it comes with with the Dau Hu Ky which is a crispy tofu/shrimp patty thing. SO good. You won't regret it.

This is a small place that serves really good Pho, and they have a long menu of other great choices too. This trip I included their Shaking Beef and Chicken Potstickers (they are fried), as well as a pot of Jasmine tea. Beef was tender, onions were not overpowering, and the sauce was a surprising light flavor.
