CVI.CHE 105 South Beach

I’m from Portland OR (yes, the West Coast seafood capital), and this is hands down the best seafood I’ve EVER had in my life. The octopus alone changed me as a person. I first came 16 months ago, and have spent the last 16 months planning a trip back to Miami just to eat here again. It is that good. My hands down favorite restaurant. The ambiance is stunning, the food is unreal, and the service? Impeccable. Maria was absolutely stellar. But! Huge shoutout to Nico, the manager — constantly on the floor, fist-bumping staff, running trays, checking on guests, and hyping his team. As someone who oversees managers myself, I can confidently say: top-notch leadership. They are BEYOND lucky to have him. 10/10. Would cross the country to eat here again.

Loved the interior design. Very unusual. Food was great- except of the veal heart. That was lacking flavor. The rest was great. Service is solid. There is construction in front of the restaurant right now On weekends the road is closed and no construction. That is perfect - quiet outdoor dining. They also have a nice bar.

5 stars for the food and Adriana! She made our first Peruvian dining experience so special with her warm hospitality and great recommendations. The food was so tasty that we didn't leave anything on the plates. Thank you for the wonderful meal!

We would like to say a big thank you to the server German for the excellent service. Very attentive, polite and friendly. He responded quickly to all requests, helped with the selection of dishes and created a pleasant atmosphere throughout our time at the establishment. Thanks to his professionalism and friendliness, we really enjoyed our visit. The food was very delicious, the dishes are huge. Pisco sour and ceviches are 10 out of 10. We recommend!

Cvi.Che 105 in South Beach is beautifully decorated. Definitely makes you feel excited to dine there, it’s not like other overly cheaply decorated places. Here you can tell that a lot of attention to detail went into consideration. The tiles in the bathroom and above the sushi bar are one of a kind. However, the food can use some improvement. The flavors weren’t bad, just the food temperature. My ají de gallina was delivered room temperature, I was expecting and wanting a hot dish. The service although not horrible also lacked, I asked for some soy sauce and didn’t receive it until we asked another employee (since our server had clearly forgotten) if we could get some. Then the server disappeared for awhile, it was nice that he was giving us space to talk, but I think it was too much time
