Customer Reviews
So delicious! This isn’t just good Indian food for weed, it’s good Indian food period! Everything was top notch: samosa chaat, gobi pakora, fried chicken, butter lamb, chicken korma, shrimp biryani and garlic naan. The owner was so kind and warm. Will be back often.
UPDATE AT THE BOTTOM Original review: What an unexpected gem of Weed, CA! Curry King is an Indian restaurant, with an extensive menu of Indian dishes. And that’s not all! They also have a small menu of Mexican food (tacos, burritos, enchilada, and more), a breakfast menu (breakfast burritos), and American food (burgers, fries, fried chicken). The butter chicken, chicken tikka masala, and chicken coconut curry were all delicious. Very flavorful, very fresh, served in cute dishes. The medium spice level is still fairly mild, and they have a no-spice option as well. The rice was fluffy and soft. The naan was clearly freshly baked and the perfect crispiness. The mango lassi was fantastic—rich mango flavor but not too sweet. The server was really friendly and recommended specialty dishes and
For Siskiyou county, the food is incredible! Wonderful to get authentic Indian food. You get a lot of food too. Great to come with friends and family and eat family style to try all the things they have to offer!
No authentic, at all. On top of the small portion of all dishes we ordered, the naan is too thin and they pan fried them instead of by a clay oven. Roti is more like a chapatti, pakora is very salty and underfried. Not recommanded for the ones who want real indian food.
The food was delicious. So many flavors and choices! We are so glad we came and are happy to have found this new place!
