Stopped here after reading an article online saying they had the best Chili dogs in NJ. The chili was good, it wasn't a thick, beany chili, but it was extremely flavorful. They also run a special, But 5, get one Free. The hot dogs had a nice snap to them. I'll definitely be going back.

Curb Side Cafe, the official name to Parsippany's only hot dog food truck. Countless people have probably driven past this spot on Route 46 East, just past New Road, but how many have actually stopped for a hot dog from this iconic location. With the weather starting to improve, this is a spot you should check. Jersey is renowed for hot dog joints, but how many of them are close to Parsippany, where you can grab a quick bite to eat without having to drive far? A favorite of mine is their chilli dog with some raw onion.. When not in a chilli mood, the marinated onions are also a good choice. Other options include saurerkraut, relish, ketchup, mustard, melted cheese, hot pepper seeds or hot sauces.. Pretty sure most will be able to come up with a good combination to make for a quick

Listen carefully, better yet read carefully. This spot hits, a gag of a location perfect for a first date. The owners are wonderful and easy to communicate w/ and more so dedicated to the craft. The dogs on the other hand... Woah, it HITS, taste buds are going wild right now, my order was a dog w/ chili and Raw Onion, that chili alone can be attached to an I.V for direct absorption please. Overall great spot, if you have a jeep pop open the tail and sit vibe w/ the dog for a bit and keep life moving. A great spot for a quick bite, the best spot for their chili dogs.
