Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

The food is seriously great here. Awesome people and amazing service. I come here as much as I can. My main dish is the mandoo. It's the best thing I've ever tasted. And their drinks are so good and not too sweet.

This is something I could eat every day. It was so good, first time trying it and I really loved it. Wish they had a spot on the East Coast. Gonna miss it till I’m back.

I used to eat here often decided to go back because my fiance hasn't tried and both of our bowls had literally NO sauce in it to the point it tasted like we were eating plain rice and chicken with lettuce on the side lol if this is the portion sizes they give out for sauce it needs to be changed because it tastes so plain for a 7 level sauce

I waited in the drive-thru as the only customer for 5 minutes before placing my order and then 15 at the window. During this time, no one came to let me pay, to give any updates, nothing. I watched employees inside helping the 2 or 3 customers at the counter, I even made eye contact with the guy who I presume took my order. No one ever even opened the window. I've never had an experience like this before and I certainly won't try Cupbop again. Absolutely terrible.

Our first visit here and we’re sold! We weren’t sure how everything worked and we were patiently walked through ordering, even given samples so we knew how spicy things were. All the staff were incredibly kind and attentive. The food was delicious and enjoyed by everyone in our family, even my toddler. We will happily come back!
