The food here is great, I have to admit it always satisfies the cravings. However, the service? It's horrible. You really have to be lucky who you meet. The lady with the bright lime green hair taking my order today had horrible customer service, probably needs to be trained more. I had asked for extra protein, fully willing to pay that extra 2 dollars. Keep in mind, a regular portion is a full patty. With "extra protein" it's another half. However, upon receiving my order, it was noticeably less. People make mistakes, and I understand that. However she, knowingly, skipped out on my extra protein claiming she had to "make do with what she has."
