Cupbop - Korean BBQ in a Cup

We love the food here but our experience has been soured. They were spraying pesticides inside and outside while we were eating. The guy went next to the cooking area, next the soda machine, and got right up next to us to spray the wall behind our chairs. Whatever it was aerisoled enough that we could smell it. Very concerning when you are eating and have no clue what is being sprayed next to you. You would think this would be best done before opening or after closing.

Loved standing here waiting for service while all three employees sat on their phone. It was like this the whole time I waited for my food as well! Sad!

This place is seriously the bomb! The family deal is a steal and you can even stack rewards! So much food! Everyone in the family can always get 2 meals out of one bowl! Quick and kind service! Look for their gift cards at Costco, you won’t regret it!

This location has never gotten our order right with pickup or delivery even with very simple modifications. Dine-in is usually fine, and the food is delicious. We just wish we consistently received what we ordered.

This location has never gotten my order right. The only time they’ve gotten it right was if I was standing right there watching them and instructing them exactly what I want. And all I want is the sauce to go on under the meat. It’s not that hard. Does there look like there is any sauce at all???
