Cupbop - Korean BBQ

Friendly team, food was great as always. Everything was delicious! First time I’ve almost polished the whole bowl off!

This is a chain fast food restaurant. You get what you expect - Korean food in a bowl. We also tried the cheese K-dog which is a fun experience and tastes pretty good and their mandoo/pot stickers which are fantastic. The staff is welcoming and interacts with the customers in the store in a positive way. The location is pretty small so if you go when busy seating can be a problem.

The workers were nice, but my food was made so poorly. I asked for a tiny bit more sauce and it came as soup. Pretty much not edible. And we got about 10 fries with our chicken wings. Really disappointed with our food tonight.

Yummy food. When we got there they were out of rice so we had to wait but they gave us mandoo and drinks while we waited. Tried the k dog and it was good.

During our 2 most recent visits, the food has been subpar. The rice was hard. The noodles were dried. The fried chicken options (mainly Ugly and Rock, but Crunchy has been fine) were more-or-less really hard to bite and stale. The BBQ beef did not have enough flavor. There were a couple times when we used the app to scan for points the points were never processed. We’ve spent over $40-80 on each order. So we reached out to loyalty support and no one responds. The food, sometimes, is good. And, customer service has been great, which is partly why we were going back despite the poor experience with the consistency of the food, the issues with loyalty points, and the lack of response from the loyalty support team. At this point, I’d say it’s likely that we won’t be returning.
