Culver’s

Not one to ever post reviews. But i think customers and ownership need to know. Overall, management turned a bad scene into a horrible mess for any restaurant. Numerous other customers waited similar lengths of time as per below. Some were getting refunds. Many said they are never coming back. Waited 85 minutes for our food. It was obvious they were busy so we tried to be patient. After 50 minutes I spoke with a manager. Said he thought it was up and ready. Asked again and he answers that he would check on it. Went up front and reminded them I was still waiting. No change. A couple more not so friendly interactions occurred. The food and drinks were good prices were fair . Service was very good too.

I never been to one of these before and was stunned at the superb quality of the food and layout of the restaurant in and of itself. Plenty of room around the tables. Excellent customer service.

I think it's time to take a break from Culver's in Zephyrhills. Tonight I ordered something different, the beef pot roast sandwich and pretzel bites for carryout. Waited quite a while even though they weren't busy. When I got home & opened the sandwich box I was disappointed with the amount of meat on the bun. For the price I think there should be a good-sized helping on the bun. The pretzel bites were very brown and tasted burnt. Good thing the cheese sauce covered up the taste. The last few times I've ordered a scoop of the flavor of the day the "flavors" are piled on top of the custard, instead of being mixed through the custard. To me that's a sundae. Sorry, I'm done with this Culver's.

Prices at this location are sky high. I order the same thing each time… at the Wesley chapel location, my meal is $15. At this location it is $20. For $20 I can go get a steak dinner at Longhorn. Their cheese sauce was watery AND they were out of hamburger buns!! Ridiculous. Will not be back.
