Culver’s

Wow! This was a great expereince. The cheese curds are great. The burger was really good but not the best I have ever had. I will be back for sure. The food is high quality and comes out hot and fast. I wish they also had their own ranch but other than that it was a great experience.

I give them 3 stars today because the fish dinner I have, the fish cut down in size and not juicy like usual and soggy. The fries come out lukewarm and have a lot of small pieces. I ordered one scoop of custard and looks like half a scoop and started melting and I ordered in restaurant. The food and service definitely not the same as usual, usually with friendly customers service and great food quality, I don’t know what happened to them today!

Probably the best run fast food establishment I’ve seen in America. The dining areas and bathrooms are clean, the service is fast, and the food is consistent. It is also nice they have a napkin dispenser because a lot of fast food spots took them behind the counter since the pandemic. I’ve had burger ad level looking burgers at this location. They are never sloppily served, always made with care. I’ve also never once had bad service or didn’t get to talk to a smiling employee. It’s very clear the owners of this franchise go out of their way to hold these standards, and it shows. I’ve left multiple good customer service reviews on the Culver’s website to recognize the staff members at this location. The only reason why they didn't get five stars is because of the pricing for things is significantly higher than a competitor like in and out. I would love to eat here more often because it is such great food, good environment, good location. The only thing that you could use better would be lower cost of menu items so it doesn't break a family when you want to go out to eat fast food.

Super bummed, haven't eaten here in years and use to love it. Went and ordered through their app and got a spicy chicken meal, the sandwich was all breading and no chicken, it was super crunchy and just not good at all.
