Culver’s

This location is usually stellar. Great kids, they get the job done, they are fast, and accurate. I can count on one hand that I’ve had issues with my order. I am writing to bring attention to the service that myself and several other customers experienced tonight. Firstly, the team was very nice. It was only the one young lady named Kylie who was bringing out orders. Me as well as 3 other car groups were stuck waiting for our food for over 20 mins while other customers who had arrived and ordered after us had their orders delivered first. I understand that custard orders are very simple orders may come out much quicker, but these were bagged orders. Kylie would come out of the restaurant and immediately start delivering to the vehicles behind myself, the car in front of me, the 3 cars beh

The wife had a chicken sandwich on a pretzle-type bun; I had the single deluxe butterburger. She got the onion rings and I got the fries, which we shared. It was a good meal. I didn't know they had their own brand of root beer. Good stuff!

I haven't eaten at a Culver's in a couple of years but, I was so impressed with my meal yesterday I ate there again today. First time was during the normal Lunch rush and today was later in the afternoon (3:00 p.m.) The food was hot and the lettuce was crunch in the mouth fresh and the tomato was firm to the tooth not mushy. Staff was friendly and the food came out fast. Dining room was clean and comfortable. Culver's is back in my regular rotation. Kudo's to the Management and Staff for maintaining a high level of quality across the board. You really can't ask for much better than that.

I recently visited Culver’s and was impressed from start to finish. The food was outstanding—fresh, flavorful, and served piping hot. Their famous ButterBurgers were juicy and perfectly seasoned, and the custard was as creamy and rich as everyone says. The customer service was just as memorable. Every team member I encountered was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. They checked in to make sure everything was right without being intrusive, which made the meal feel special. Speed was another highlight. Even though the restaurant was busy, my order was prepared quickly and accurately. It never felt rushed, just efficiently handled. Ordered curbside from this location. Got home and my grandson's 2 items for dinner were not in the bag. I called the store and was told the owners have a no refund policy and told me they would send coupons? Uh no. I paid and didn't get what I paid for. Ive contacted corporate and will be disputing the charge with my bank. On top of that the onion rings we did manage to get were hard and stale. NEVER using this location again. I cant imagine Culver's corporate offices being happy about the business practices by these owners.
