Culver’s

Love Culver's for fast food. Even a long line waiting to order, moves swiftly due to staffing that appears to care about customer service. After placing your order, cups are provided for us to visit the beverage station. Tabletops are cleaned promptly, so seating is only a problem when the dining area is full of customers. That says a great deal about a restaurant. Our order is delivered to our table. There is a dining area attendant that also indicates customer service is a priority. The fried onion rings are my favorite along with the cheese curds. The pot roast sandwich, reuben, and tenderloin are our usual sandwich choices. For dessert, the Turtle Sundae made with fresh frozen vanilla custard topped with hot fudge, caramel, and pecans is delicious. Sorry. No photos. We dove right

Update!: 10/09/2025 1pm Dine-In Y’all I’ve been coming to Culver’s for about 10 years, since getting Food poisoning from the Steak-n-Shake by the Walmart on Telegraph. That situation introduced me to who Culver’s were. Tried the RHB Pub Burger (Made it a Meal). It was different but delicious. However, what made my lunch as I come to Culver’s often, different was the hospitality from TY. This young man that took my order, delivered it to my table an did an OUTSTANDING job! It was the Customer Service that I noticed came naturally to him. Everyone is always kind, but he stood out. I even observed him walk the room making sure everyone enjoying their meal along with asking if the patrons needed anything. We had Culver's for the first time. The spicy chicken sandwich was delicious, with a spicy taste that wasn't too spicy if you can't handle heat. The service was fast, the food was hot, and the restaurant was clean. Noah brought our food to our table and was very friendly and outgoing. My only complaint is that the sodas from the soda machine tasted horrible, like dirty dish water.

Absolutely delicious for a fast-food place. I only ever get their burgers and fries, and they’re perfect if you’re a burger person. The service is great too — very polite younger staff who make the experience even better. I will die if I don’t have one this week!

The last two times we have visited this store the food has been below average. The burgers were barely warm, small and over cooked. The fries were hot but average.
