Culver’s

I’ve been to this new location probably 5 times and the food is always great and everyone is always very nice. Today was only different as they had forgotten some items from my order and the lettuce for my burger looked like it should’ve been thrown out several hours ago. Pictures included. I will go back to this location as I think this is a one off and it won’t happen again. Staff were friendly and they were very busy.

I ordered thru Doordash I was excited because the order got here lightening fast. Kudos to my driver. I have a thing about hard buns. I worked in fast food about 15 years so I know how inexpensive they are. Hard buns are not worth the complaint. If it's hard, throw it out and get a fresh one. That simple. There second strike was I asked for ketchup on my sandwich because I don't have any right now. Missed that too. Ironically as fast as the food got here it was so cold. I thought I'd try this store but deep down I knew I should have ordered McDonalds.

I always enjoy eating here. Everyone always welcomes you and smiles. Food is brought to you hot and you are asked if you need anything else or if everything looks good. Coke products are on tap and fresh brewed tea comes sweetend or unsweetened. Fish sandwiches are great and cheese curds are very tasty. The dining area is always clean and the bathroom is clean as well. Everyone working here always seems to be in a great mood. The music over the speaker system is good and at a good level.

My first time eating at Culver's in Southfield . I ordered the Cod sandwich with fries and Custer with strawberry and blueberries it can with two mixs. And Culver's single bacon burger.My two sandwiches were hard to enjoy because when I took a bite everything falls out of the bread. Both were like wet I don't know if there were too much sauce or tomatoes were wet. I don't know if the pickle was wet. The bread fall apart. I was given napkins but I felt I needed a roll of paper towel. This place may use fresh ingredients but experience trying to enjoy a sandwich was just messy for no reason.
