Culver’s

So I’ll give two stars because I’m a fan of Culver’s but this fish sandwich definitely doesn’t meet expectations. I know pictures are always fake for fast food. I do t know if pictures does this justice for how small the piece of fish is compared to the bun. Really mostly just tasted bun.

UPDATE: I reached out to The Guest Relations team at the Culver's Support Center on the same day I visited and I have YET TO RECEIVE ANY CALL OR EMAIL REGARDING THIS INCIDENT !! Not a shocker! You can tell they do not care about their customers ! Very disappointed with my recent visit to Culver’s. There were no cars in front of us, the parking lot was empty, and the dining room wasn’t busy at all—yet we still waited an unusually long time just for a concrete mixer. And when we finally got it, it was the wrong flavor. We also ordered a banana split, and it was awful. The banana they used was as dark as the pecans. There’s no way that should have been served to a customer. The strawberry sundae we ordered was fine, but the banana split was unacceptable. Definitely not the level of quality

Terrible experience. Took about half an hour in the drive thru to get my food. They limited what I could get with my coupon, then overcharged me. My concrete mixer was melting, the burger had the patties and condiments hanging off of the bun and partially stuck to the carton. Sloppy and embarrassing for Culver's to have location this poor.

Absolutely unacceptable. The lobby floor was dirty and clearly hadn’t been cleaned, and to top it off there was an employee asleep in the seating area. That’s beyond unprofessional. This place seriously needs management oversight and basic standards of cleanliness. Won’t be back.

I would absolutely give 10 stars for the mint milkshake. So many places always have to add chocolate to the mint. Finally a place that doesn't! The best mint I have ever had!
