We ordered delivery from DoorDash the other night. We did not receive the kids meal. I called the locations and they found the kids meal and said they would make it fresh for us. I went to get the kids meal but took a bite of my burger first. It was raw. My wife’s was also raw. When I got to the location, they remade all of the food fresh. We got home and cut the burgers this time and the attached photo is what we got. The store leadership was very friendly and helpful but ultimately this is unacceptable. We have received undercooked chicken and burgers from this location several times. They are very busy all the time but it’s crucial not to sacrifice food safety for order speed. This needs to be intentionally addressed and thoroughly corrected before someone gets sick, or worse.

I don’t always eat fast food, but when I do, I prefer the blue-roofed sanctuary of a Culver’s. Walking through those doors isn't just a trip to a restaurant; it’s like getting a warm hug from a guy in a sweater vest who just finished mowing his lawn. It’s the ultimate suburban adventure where the vibes are high, and the hospitality is even higher. I’m talking about a place where they treat you like family—the good kind of family that actually feeds you and doesn't ask when you're going to get a "real" job. The ButterBurger is the undisputed heavyweight champion of the world. It’s seared to perfection and nestled on a bun that has been kissed by butter in a way that feels both romantic and incredibly delicious. And don't even get me started on the cheese curds. These golden nuggets of Wisc

First time ordering. Heard about their cod fish, good reviews. I ordered the cod fish dinner platter because I don't like my fish between bread. I was very pleased with the platter and I highly recommend it. I will be returning again soon. Fish was very crispy and I enjoyed it very much. Service was quick and polite. Honestly the best fish dinner around. Keep up the good work 👍😊

Ever since Culver’s opened their first store in the upstate, they have consistently delivery quality and flavor. Today’s special is extra on both accounts: the Garlic & Bacon Pub Burger bursts with flavor. The flavors and textures really worked together so well.

After our shopping visit to Carter’s we made a trip to Culver’s in Simpsonville for lunch. Culver’s opens at 10:00 am, and a few people were already inside. The store was clean and quiet, so was the restroom. No wait time to place my order, I decided on the two piece chicken strip basket with fried and a drink, I also treated my niece to lunch, she ordered the four piece chicken strip basket with fries, and for little man a small chocolate/vanilla swirl frozen custard. No chicken yet for him, only one little bottom tooth in the front. My other niece ordered a butter burger with cheese curds. They take a name and give you a number. The drinks are self serve, with a napkin, and condiments section. I had lemonade to drink, not a long wait for our food to be brought out. The chicken was tasty
