Culver’s

These people are thefts, for the second time in the last month I’ve ordered on the app and no one comes out with my food. After about 30 minutes of waiting for someone to come out I left. I do want to add that they are very attentive to the fire trucks and cops that come by with their sirens on. Manager even walked out to see which direction the trucks were traveling. Culver’s in Salem has the worst customer service.

Family Ate in; except for my daughter's curd burger, and the fries, the food was not hot; (roasted garlic pub burger sliced cheddar not melted due to sandwich not hot; 2-cheese sauce for fries was cool temperature). When in line ready to order, an employee who took the order for patron in front of us, just walked away with another employee when we were there to order, then a female employee who had just walked up, looked surprised about them just walking away, took our order, and gave no receipt, nor a number for our table. So went back up after a little while, and asked about a number for table, and a different female looked up order by description, when a different male behind her said he's working on that order, so we waited and took the tray. What a joke of customer service. Try to use any of the coupons they offer and you get mocked and declined the use of them. Seeing I usually get one order filled correctly every 4 or 5 visits I'll just go elsewhere. Sad part is it's the same ownership that have the Pleasant Prairie location and I've never experienced a problem there.

Food is always good here- usually get the chicken tenders. Son loves the concrete mixer with heath and caramel. We were there the other day and ordered a root beer float- it tasted strange so I brought them back up, explained the taste, they checked and realized the syrup was empty- they apologized and remade the drinks for us.

Wonderful food I would be happy to host my graduation wedding and funeral here at this Culver's great staff will come here again probably forever.
