We want to personally Thank your kind employee Trystan from your 151st street location in Olathe, KS!! He made a very difficult day for us a little less painful with his kind words. He cared about us beyound our order or ticket number by showing us great understanding and compassion. We will be lifetime customers with culvers now due to his warm heart he showed our Gemma. Today we found out Gemma our family dog has bone cancer with weeks to live. As kids and I were sat down to discuss the xrays we were in disbelief. Only kind moments like this evening can remind you that what life brings you is always unexpected but not all bad!

First off, amazing food. The food always comes out hot and fresh. The fruits always are fresh and high quality. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger with cheese curds. I always love these. Their ranch is good also. I also love the shrimp dinner. The atmosphere was very country and I like that. The bathrooms and dining room are always clean. The staff is always friendly.

I usually leave reviews on Yelp but couldn't but also leave a review on Google. Food was superb! Juicy, buttery, and fresh! Customer service was also amazing! Apparently we were overcharged (not as in mischarged), just we paid more for something we could've paid less for and the manager (I think?) came out and gave us 2 complimentary tickets for 2 baskets and apologized, which he didn't to since we're the one that made the choice to not get the basket option! Totally was not necessary but it made our experience better! Anyway, the butterburger deluxe, so good. Fries, yes. Cheese curds, yaaaas! Oreo concrete, wow! On top of that, clean and well maintained!

The lady employee (she said that she'd been a teacher, my aunt told me) that helped with the scouts volunteering the other night was so sweet. It is a blast to watch her take her time with each one of the scouts with a genuine smile that night. Then the little blonde gal and the guy trainers name that started with a K were patient with me and my ordering since I hadn't been to a restaurant in forever. Ordered 6 plain patties with cheese on them, 👌 perfect.

My family and I had a great time eating here. It was our first time and we were pleasantly surprised by the food and service. Highly recommend.
