Culver’s

Fast food with an ample amount of employees. Tried their Waleye sandwich , which is a special for lent. Very generous size fish filet , very mild fish flavor, but a very bland tasting sandwich. Nothing to get excited about . There grilled Chicken sandwich is ok ,not exceptional. Fries and fish filet are very greasey. Custard daily special was chocolate strawberry, and again , looked better in the photo than it actually was or tasted. Not terrible, but a Disappointing lunch experience.

There are a lot of unique Burger adjacent options here in addition to the actual burgers and sandwiches you would find at other chains. And what's more of those options are prepared well and are tasty like a greasy spoon diner. But at this location I was blown away by the exceptional service. I had customized my sandwich and thought that one of the ingredients had been overlooked so they quickly remedied the issue. As I was eating I found that I missed where my tomatoes were hiding. I had taken a shot of a Culver's plushie on the back counter, and one of the staff noticed my interest and thought I was looking for a menu. Awesome service, food was served quickly, fish is always delicious. The chili was just ok. The Mac n cheese was horrible! Very plain tasting. Still love Culver's though!!

Both my husband's and my sandwiches came out with burnt buns. When we brought this to their attention, rather than replace the sandwiches they wanted to push back asking if we wanted new buns or new sandwiches, seriously? Just remake the food. The whole thing left a burnt taste in my mouth, anyway. When manager came out, I ended up asking for a refund because at that point, I had lost my appetite, at which point she only refunded my sandwich, not both as she should have. Terrible food, Terrible service, except for the gentleman who actually tried to get our food replaced for us, an older, thin, black man. Kudos to him, just wish I had caught his name.

Visited while traveling through. The ladies restoom is too small and one of the bathroom doors is broken and won't close. The cashier who took our order was giving us the Gen Z stare, did not repeat back our order, and had absolute TERRIBLE customer service. This was honestly one of the worst Culver's I've ever visited. Once we received our order, I discovered that two out of the four meals were incorrect. My child ordered a kids meal with a burger and very clearly stated she wanted cheese, pickle, and lettuce only. The receipt said "WORKS" even though it wasn't what we ordered and it had cheese, onion, pickle, ketchup, mustard, and no lettuce... I ordered the two-piece buffalo tenders and received the plain tenders. I have no idea why! And all these errors could have been avoided if she
