Tried this spot out for the first time today. Had passed here several times, but saw a YouTube segment that said it was one of the better places to get good fast food burgers and fish sandwiches. I took my Mom there cause she loves a good piece of fish. Nice decor and clean, opwn seating environment. She had the North Atlantic Cod dinner with fries and a side salad, and it came with a dinner roll as well.. I had the North Atlantic Cod Sandwich Value Basket, that came with fries and a drink. I also got 2 of the Buffalo Chicken Tenders to try out. Food came out quick. The portions were good for the price, and the food came out hot, and everything was fresh. First time customer here and I won’t be returning. Went on the inside, ordered a 3 piece cod dinner. The Cod dinner includes 3 pieces of fish and 2 sides. I chose onion rings & fries. (Keep this in mind for later). The cod fish was placed on top of my fries & onion rings making them both very soggy! Fries were cold and fish was bland & tasteless. As I began to eat the cod fish, the breading was wet and fell completely off! Being modest and trying to be unproblematic, the only mention I made about the food was the fact that my fries were cold. I could’ve complained about the entire meal but I wanted to be nice and only mentioned the temperature of my fries! When I mentioned to management that my fries were cold and would like another order of onion rings instead, they charged me $.50 claimi

Writing this review for my mother, who recently visited this restaurant for her 30-minute lunch, I wanted to share her experience. She ordered a burger, but unfortunately, the lettuce was old. She called the restaurant to inform them about the issue and requested to speak to the manager. The young lady on the phone informed her that the manager was not available, so she asked to speak to the supervisor. As she was going to get the “supervisor”, my mom could hear her saying, “I told her you were busy.” The “supervisor” answered, Scott, she told him about her lettuce. It tastes old and appears old. Nice location and plenty of parking. We didn't have to wait to long to place our food order. We ordered the Deluxe Burger Basket and another Deluxe Burger. We weren't offered the "biggie" upgrade like last time. That made us think we were at McDs. We sat down and waited awhile (15min) for our food. Fries were cold, and burgers were both warm not hot or fresh with crushed top buns.

This was amazing! Everything was so deliciously real; I left not feeling bloated. They gave my medical service dog a pup cup and offered me a gluten-free bun! The only thing that would make this better is if they cooked in tallow or lard!
