Culver’s

Went through Culver’s before I headed back home about 40 miles. Since I preferred the fish sandwich I figured I wait til I got home to eat it so it didn’t make a mess. Got home opened it up and took my first bite….. it was so hard I couldn’t break off the first bite. I opened the sandwich to find this tiny fillet and the bottom bun was so dried out could eat it. Disappointed for sure.

The assistant manager was on and took our order. He was friendly and seemed really on top of his game. I was so excited to get my good that I even took a picture. And then I took a bite. It was not made as I had ordered it. I took it up to the front and asked for a replacement and went back to eat my rings. They were slightly undercooked but still edible and pretty good. Plus I was really hungry! They were gone before my sandwich came. Not super impressed with the kitchen. And I get it was near closing but having garbage cans closed just screams we tried to close early and now don’t want to change the garbage again. So overall a subpar experience.

We were welcomed with a friendly greeting and our order was taken quickly considering it was the dinner hour and busy. Our to go order was not completed fulfilled. Our cod sandwich was missing the top part of the bun while the kid's meal was missing the apple juice. What we did receive was delicious. A simple rechecking the order to verify completion would be beneficial.

My family and I were stopping by this Culver. We were having a great time until me and my dad decided to just have a conversation with this guy named, Case. (Goated employee btw) we then got free Ice cream!! They even put the ingredients on the soda areas, that's health regulation 101. This is an easy S+ tier

You can pay someone to manage people or you can pay people to manage themselves but both deserve the pay for their work. However, true hard work is taking responsibility for something anyone has the ability todo themselves. In public, safety, is everyone's own responsibility, which includes keeping a clean space. When the front end is slammed and the back end is hussling, I would like a rag in another's own hand next time. Something I learned in the service industry was praise in public, correct in private. Have honor, be courageous and stay committed. I was offered water, by a hard worker without being asked, what a gift I was given. Thank you. Order ID: AAA5PM78ACES Update: Was five stars.
