Culver’s

I have generally enjoyed this location since moving to this side of town during the pandemic. I ordered two burgers, two fries and, two cups of cheese on 2/11/26. We only got 1 cheese cup and they were closed when we realized. I figured we eat here once a week they’ll just throw the one in the bag they missed next week when I mention it. So here it is 4 days later and I mention it and they say they can’t give me a cheese sauce because we didn’t talk to a manager within 24 hours of the incident? Where is that policy in the receipt or should customers memorize the same policies and procedures as the employees? Why would I lie about a cup of cheese 4 days after the fact at the local Culver’s I frequent weekly? I always try my best to support the businesses nearest to my address as it is be

Came in here after a bad experience at ihop and was very satisfied with the service. I was able to order with Paul and he took care of us and made sure to check on us. Food was great service was great overall very good experience and might I add the atmosphere was quiet and good music too will come again to this location 👍🏼

Great people and excellent food service. Jess was a great server. She was helpful and pleasant. The manager walks around and ask if you need anything, and if you do they are right on it. They make you feel special.

I love Culver’s! I frequently visit this location for butter burgers and custard. After many years, I have only had an issue once which was corrected immediately once I brought it to their attention. I am grateful for their participation in local charity events. I also appreciate the young staff which seems to work really hard together and have positive attitudes!

Depends when I go but theres some people that work here that arent exactly the friendliest people. Some have attitudes. Foods good though
