Culver’s

My second visit to a Culver’s. I got a double mushroom Swiss burger this time, instead of just a double cheeseburger. I also got a side of onion rings with ranch dressing. The onion rings were absolutely nothing special, if not a bit under par. The burger was very good, but not as good as I remember that first burger being down in Austin 20 months ago. Still a very good burger though. Service was good. Nothing special. I think it’s cool that you can just sit down at a table and scan a QR code to order for table service. Very cool concept.

Went through the drive Thru for a simple order of 2 medium Malts, no food just malts. We waited in the the parking lot with Number 176 for over 20 MINUTES! we first flagged down one of their runners and asked him if he could check on our order and he had no idea what a malt was. While waiting we had car after car pull up, get their orders and move on. On car had a large order a it looked like they messed it up and the driver had to go inside to fix it. We ended up having to go in and asked for a manager... her attitude was that we were a bother over 2 malts and one of the staff in the back asked "what's a malt?". They claimed that it just went out the door as we walked in but the runner was just coming out from the back with our order. Their staffing was plenty, but it seemed like the

No complaints with food or most the staff in fact service was quick and nothing was wrong . There was one staff member who I assumed was a manager because she was verbally belittling other workers . You could tell by the awkward tense and very unusual energy for this building . This Culver’s usually I have zero problems with and even like sitting down but eating with my family and hearing her yell at the crew especially one majorly formed by high schoolers for their first jobs it was extremely unprofessional . I felt bad for the kids who are usually on their best behavior and have wonderful service . I always feel welcome but I truly hope this manager learns patience.

This was my first time eating at a Culver's. The food was much better than I anticipated. The flavor of the burger was excellent. The cheese curds were good. The cheese sauce that comes with the pretzel bites was great. There was only one real negative to the whole experience. My daughter ordered a cheese burger with american cheese. Her burger came out with no cheese. Thankfully, we were eating there. She went up to the counter and they gave her cheese for the burger.

Decent burger better than most fast food places and the custard was a little melted, sweeter than I expected as a first time experience. Service was awesome and people were friendly and attentive to cleaning needs. Would go back and give a second go
