Culver’s

So I came here right after being in traffic for 35 mins. To my surprise upon arriving, I was greeted by the most welcoming person, Annie! We were in the drive thru btw. Her tone and energy came through the loudspeaker. I could hear the amount of care she has for each and every guest. If you end up having the chance to encounter this lovely soul. Please show appreciation and thanks because customer service like that doesn’t come often. Thank you Annie for blessing my evening with your amazing service and energy. I hope this reaches you. This is why I Love Culver’s! P.s. i had to give her a tip, even though she didn’t wanna take it, i insisted. P.s.s. The code on the receipt is very hard to read so I could write this on the customer satisfaction page.

Probably the most popular fast food option in Golden Valley & for good reason. The Butter Burgers always hit the spot & their custard is some of the best dessert you can get in this town. Buffalo Chicken tenders are great too. I personally just go in for takeout or dine-in since the drive thru is always packed & this has tended to be quicker in my experience.

Love Culver’s normally but tonight I was given the wrong drink and asked the worker for the correct drink in the spots of the drive through. She told me “it’s really cold out here” long pause then said “I’m really busy running orders can you go inside and switch it yourself” I’m in a drive through lane for a reason. I get it’s cold but also it’s Minnesota winter, you saw the snow this morning, and this is literally your job. It isn’t my fault you didn’t dress for the weather knowing you’re running food outdoors. I shouldn’t feel guilty asking for my correct drink or put in extra effort to correct their mistake. How hard is it to ask for a soda while picking up the next order you’re already running out? I also made a mistake while paying and the worker gave me a ton of attitude even though

They gave 2 people in our group food they couldn't eat after explicitly telling them they food allergies. We didn't have time to stop somewhere else, so they didn't get to eat dinner. Usually it's not a problem at other Culvers. My cheeseburger was put together very poorly. This is easily the worst Culvers I've ever been to. Very disappointing experience.

I've lived on the west coast for the last 2 years having come from a state where I frequented Culver's many times. I drive across country cause I'm moving back and I arrived at lunch time so I drove straight to Culver's for lunch! Everything tasted just as I remember it!
