Culver’s

Ordered 2 chicken sandwiches, medium curd and a 2 scoop of the "flavor of the day" to share. Sandwiches were decent, curds were hot and fresh. Really disappointed in the two scoop dish. More like two spoonfuls. Especially for what it cost. Not impressed.

I ordered a cheeseburger, and the moment I took my first bite, the juicy, flavorful patty and its smoky aroma blew me away. This wasn’t just any burger—it felt like it had been handcrafted with care. We always enjoy eating at Culver's and this location is very convenient to I-75. Of all the Culver's stores located in Lee County, this is one of two that are ideal for a quick-exit and quick-return to the highway. The food is delicious, the service is great and what makes it that way is how well-mannered the employees are. They seem like they like their jobs and place of business. It makes a difference in the interactions between them and customers like me. We have been visiting this Culver's for some time and will continue to do so.

Staff was rude, I was overcharged for my order and when I asked them to please fix only one of the multiple issues one of the male staff members hurled an insult at me as I was on the way out. I’m sorry but for $50 I could have gone somewhere else. I’m just trying to enjoy a meal with my family and I just wanted what I paid for. The food is not cheap and I only complained about 1 item of multiple that were incorrect. Please train your staff on professional workplace behavior. They’re all in high school and the disrespect / immaturity is pretty bad. If Starbucks can operate in a respectful manner I don’t see why Culver’s can’t. I was really disappointed by how mean some folks can be just because they screwed up an order. Don’t take it out on the customer.

Love Culver’s burgers. They patties are cooked like smash burgers. They’re juicy but have that cooked beef char exterior for that amazing smash burger flavor. That with the cheese melted on top, buddy you have a first class burger. The concrete mixers are bomb too! Try them. One of my favorite burger joints.
