Culver’s

What was this place????? I love Culver’s, and I still do after writing this review, but this location is TERRIBLE! First of all, I placed an order that is supposed to be READY by 13:00 30 MINUTES IN ADVANCED! I went there at 13:01, and they said they didn’t even START on my order yet! I received my drink at 13:04 and my food at 13:09! They were 9 MINUTES LATE! However, I would love to say that Sam is very nice; she was the sweetest and the nicest lady ever! Now on to the food. After the Culver’s was 9 minutes late, the food was COLD, and the fish sandwich had BONES IN IT!!! I’ve never had a fish sandwich from Culver’s with many bones in the fish! So in conclusion, if you want a LATE and DISGUSTING order, you will love this place!

We really like going to Culver's every now and then over the last 20 years! The food is very good and always consistent! The fries are not my favorite, but are good. The burgers, reubens, and pot roast sandwiches, are very good, the cod is excellent. And of course, the custard is also excellent! I'd say the pricing is about the middle of what to expect for fast food and the service has always been Minnesota Nice...even though they're a Wisconsin born company ;o)

Dec 2024 probably the fastest Culver's we ever had as our food is ready for us and have not even picked our seat yet. Usually, we had a couple minutes wait even if it's slow so we're very surprised. First time tried the shrimp meal and it's pretty good. Will try again next time.

Ordered lunch today a little after noon and it looks like I got a burger that I've been sitting around for a while because I ordered no lettuce no tomato no onion and I got all of that and it was about a soggy as soup. The bacon was about as white as can be and it looked like it hadn't touched a grill at all. This place has just gotten worse. The food was so old that the cheese was like plastic and was sticking to the rapper to the point I could lift it off the carton without it falling over. Take a look at the pictures I've uploaded and tell me if that burger looks fresh to you.

Extremely disappointing execution and service. We waited over 40 minutes for our food last summer and decided to stay away for a while. Tonight was our first time back I get the kids home and discover that they made the burgers incorrectly and shorted us one of the French fries. When I called in the manager stated the only thing he could do was provide me with another small fry the next time I come back. No additional action for the inconvenience. For those of you that have kids you know how challenging it is when you're getting dinner last minute and it's not correct. We will not ever be returning to this location.
