Culver’s

We went at about 6 pm to eat inside. As we walked up we saw a busy drive thru . Nice helpful staff. Everything was good but my burger was not recently made. It was just warm at best. I think they pre made a bunch for the rush and I got one that sat a while. I'll still go to Culvers but not if they are too busy.

Decided to get myself a sweet treat tonight – a concrete mixer with brownie pieces. Nothing crazy, nothing abnormal. I waited for over 20 minutes before someone approached my car. I explained to her I just had a concrete mixer with brownie pieces and showed her my receipt and mentioned that I had been waiting for 20+ minutes now. Shortly after she came back out with my concrete mixer, which was practically soup. She stated that it was in the wrong location, but gave me extra napkins because the cup was sweating. And maybe I’m just extra sensitive because I’m eight months pregnant, however, Ive never been so disappointed in a Culver’s before. The least they could’ve done is remade my concrete mixer.

I have to say this is some good quality food for a fast food joint. They don’t have these where I live. I got their butter burger with cheese curds and their fried shrimp. The burger was nice and juicy Jad some good flavor and the bun was nice and soft and buttery. I was surprised how big the shrimp was, I feel like they better here than at most dine in restaurants, very good.

These waits are getting kind of ridiculous. Why am I waiting 17 minutes for two burgers? I actually used to work at Culvers and I understand that it's fresh, but if it's not busy and I'm first in line why am I waiting this long?

Tracey the manager was super mean to one of her elderly employees in front of me Also she kept asking me over and over again if I was there to door dash for her and I clearly was dressed in construction work clothes.
