Customer Reviews
I was really shocked to find a Culver's in Iowa. I thought it was a Wisconsin and Denver thing. The cashier typed in our number wrong so the poor kid was wandering around forever looking for us. The bun on my burger felt like it came out of the fridge. My cheese was half off my burger and I had one huge chunk of onion. The burger was Luke warm and so were the onion rings. Really disappointed in Iowa Culver's. This was at about 8 pm and I'd been up since 4am so I just ate it and left. They also didn't have enough iced tea to fill my cup. So I had to put some sweet tea in it and I'm sure my blood sugar didn't like that.
If I could give more stars I would. Seems pretty cool to me to see such team work. Providing good fresh food and generally very timely. Keep up the good work Team Culvers. 😁👍👍
You put the toppings in first they all slide of common you guys can do better than this Dave would be disappointed of all the place I could have went I choose you and it was disappointing
Latest Update: The owner of this Culver's establishment, called me and apologized very professionally, and with understanding. He explained the mix-up, as they had recently started serving smashburgers, the latest trend, I did not know this myself. I told him that the traditional Culver's Burger is what I wanted. In my opinion, sometimes traditional is best. He was very kind in his offer to make up for the mistake. I mainly work at night, and yesterday I left on a 5-hour trip southwest, not eating any lunch or dinner, as it would make me sluggish for work. I worked overnight and then drove another 6 hours back to Dubuque honestly, looking forward to some Burger King, but when I arrived at 9:45 a.m., they refused to make me a burger and fries, because their policy said they couldn't serve
Not only have the prices gone up too high, but the meat wafers in the sandwiches are paper thin and the grease doesn't appear to ever be changed. If you want a packet of BBQ sauce, they charge you 25 cents. No good!!
