Customer Reviews
My family and I visited this evening. After spending upwards of about $50 For overcooked chicken on my sandwich and my mother receiving stale old onion rings I noticed the coleslaw I order wasn't served to us. I approached the counter ter and told the employee who took my order that she forgot my coleslaw she stood there staring at me like I was stupid. Another employee walked over and handed me it and insisted on informing me that she (the employee still standing and staring at me like a statue) didnt forget it she did pointing to another employee with an attitude as if to correct my statement. I thanked her and asked if they had black pepper where the fountain machine is located and same said employee said "ah yeah" so I proceeded to eat my over cooked stale food. I purchased the kids me
Food was good. Burger had a couple wrong toppings on it but overall it was fine. Overall the burgers are mid. Better than fast food but not nearly as good as 5 guys. Thinner crinkle cut fries weren't salted but had good texture. The draw is the custard/ desserts, they were really good. They also have veggie burgers, fish, shrimp and chicken. I'd go back if someone wanted to eat there but I wouldn't go out of my way. It was ok.
Yesterday (4/3/25), me and my wife decided to try Culvers for the first time and I will say it was very unpleasant experience. My order was, Culvers Bacon Dlx Double and a Wisconsin Swiss Melt both with large fries and drinks. I also added a order of onion rings. I first had to pull up after ordering and wait then the order came out. I checked the bag and there were no onion rings. I walked up to the door being treated very rudely because I was told I was at the wrong door (remember this is my first time here). I was told they would get it. So, I then drive home 20 minutes away and find i have no burger instead I have a chicken sandwich. Then my wife received a sourdough melt not the Wisconsin Melt. The food was not good, service was even worse. You won't see me back!
Best burgers and so much more to choose from. My husband and I drive 45 minutes there and back often to eat there. We go to the one in Hoover Alabama. It's always so good and fresh.
I wanted to try something new we haven’t tried. So my husband and I tried this place, their food is made fresh and it’s delicious! I love there Reuben and there burgers! Haven’t tried there custard yet but I really want to soon!! 😃
