Culver’s

First time I ever visited a Culver’s. My kid has been to another location several times and liked it. I was not impressed and actually wish I had gone somewhere else. Worth noting that it was an extremely busy day/weekend. My chicken sandwich had been refried or reheated at least once at some point, making the breading so tough it could have cracked my teeth. My kid had chicken tenders. He liked them but I thought they were gross. Mainly because the breading on them tasted exactly like what people use to bread fish. I don’t think they sell fish (not sure) but didn’t know better I would have thought I was eating fish.

A great location located right off of Georgia 400 in Dawsonville. Just in front of the outlet mall a strip of restaurants surrounding it. Culver’s is an excellent place for burgers and frozen custard. This is a great location with top quality service and food product products. 🍔 👏🏽🐺🇺🇸

We were greeted and served by a very polite and respectful employee named Taylor upon entering the restaurant. As we looked at the Culver’s menu that same employee asked if we had any questions about the menu, which we did. Taylor assisted our party with our orders and Clark made sure it reached our table very quickly. Great Job! Everyone’s orders were correct and rather tasty for a Saturday evening. As we finished up to leave Culver’s we encountered Taylor at the outside dining area where she was tidying up. She saw us and again hoped that we enjoyed our food, our experience and hoped to see us again soon. I know Culver’s will see me and my family members again soon. The service and the food quality have really gone downhill the past couple months. I'm not sure what's happened, but it takes 15 to 20 minutes to get your order in the drive-thru at times and when you get it, it's wrong or not cooked properly. My daughter usually loves the grilled cheeses from here, but lately, they haven't even been toasted at all. The bread is completely white with cheese on it. I went inside today and told them it was unacceptable. Most of the young staff just stood there in a daze not knowing what to do and cars were lining up at the window. The girl at the window completely disappeared and didn't let anyone else know to cover her. The re-made food hardly had a toast on it. You all keep under toasting them or outright burning them. Best meal ever! We love their Butter Burgers, fries, and onion rings, and the Walleye is to die for! The frozen custard is customizable and utterly (!) delicious! Always fantastic food and great service!
