Oh my! I asked for malt vinegar for the cod sandwich, but the cashier did not know what it was. Training, re-training! The cod sandwich was tasty, but looked a tad skimpy. Is that the best cod filet?!?! I hope to catch a thick, fat one next time 😉

They've gotten my food wrong almost every time I've been through the drive through the last three years. They refuse to fix their screen so people can double check their order. Their staff only sometimes repeat your order back to you and they'll sometimes ask questions, but still get it wrong. Props to them, they will always correct their mistakes though. Please fix your screens or be better about reading back full orders. Thanks.

This Culver's has been in this very spot since at least the 90s. My family has particularly enjoyed their fried chicken many times over the years. Personally, I like their burgers, which was my own personal motivation for this particular visit. The space really hasn't changed much over the years. There's a long counter with three registers up front. The wait to order was not long - I waited for one group ahead of me to finish ordering, then placed my order with the next cashier. After doing so, I filled my soda glass and found a suitable booth and sat down to wait for my meal. For the 2-3 minutes it took to receive my food, I pondered the space itself. Messed up my simple ice cream order 4 seperate times. The worker, Pandora, had so much attitude when I asked for it to be remade. I understand being busy and stressed but that’s no excuse to treat customers that way.

Seen a video of a manger recording a fight & encouraging another Culver’s worker to stomp on someone. This was going on while people where there & both workers on clock. I bring my kids there & that doesn’t seem like a safe environment
