Alright I finally have to come to leave a review. We have really liked this location but for the past five times we have came when we get a Double Butter burger with the works it gets rang up as a deluxe. Every employee it seems like a struggle to get it rang up just as the works instead they ring it is as deluxe and subtract the items off of the receipt. Just to add lettuce shouldn’t be an extra dollar as there is a full dollar difference in price. Today the young lady working then was rude, didn’t listen and just walked off. A friendly employee came up and got it squared away but each time we order it’s the same thing. We’ve even had the double butter burger rang up as a double butter burger with cheese minus the cheese. It doesn’t make sense cause the price is higher… As for today’s exp

Would not honor price on menu. Said their system could not do it. Did not put the right toppings on, even though receipt showed them. Argued with us over a 50 cent topping and backed up the drive through while they went out to look at the menu and still wouldn't make it right. Food was poor quality. Very disappointed because other Culver's locations have always been good. Do not go to the Cheyenne location.

Whoever made my Roasted Garlic and Bacon Burger tonight……. That was amazing! All the toppings were perfectly proportionate, the grilled onions were 🤌🏻, bacon was So Perfectly crispy, burger was built like a commercial, it was delicious!! Legit was restaurant worthy. Well done!!

Dylan and the rest of the staff were so kind and helpful. Our food was hot, fresh, and so good. Definitely would stop here again when in Cheyenne.

You shouldn’t be surprised that I’m giving them five stars all the way across the board. The customer service is stealthy. Their food is great and the young people they have working for them are really respectful and on point.
