Culver’s

Wisconsin native - Experienced Culver's customer...food and service was good but after I requested a 2 scoop custard with extra strawberries (Which I even informed them if needed, bill me for extra strawberries then do so, and they did) So this is what I got...my 2 scoops at $4.79 was on a bad day lucky if it was even 1 scoop??? I asked the manager on duty if this was the norm for 2 scoops and she had zero words to express only a shrug...my first stop in the new place and I am not sure I will be back if this is the norm for the price...? Culver's in the North puts you guys to shame...

I understand people are new and learning. Two mini chocolate concrete mixers with Reese’s cup. 14.32 usually it’s only 9.93 double checked and did an online order. 9.93. So I think I got charged for 3. When asked at the window they said only two was on the order. System glitch and I paid for it? I don’t know. But the main reason why I’m here is the mixer is vanilla not chocolate. When mentioned to the server they said it had Hershey’s syrup in it. Never had that problem at other culver locations. Also thought they made chocolate and vanilla custard but i don’t know.

Wonderful service and atmosphere. The staff were very friendly. The inside was very clean and well maintained. Will definitely be back to visit!

Had a great time at family and friends night. Welcome to our neighborhood. A lot of proud parents here tonight. We’ve been patiently waiting for this location to open :-) now it’s here :-)

Ordered a vanilla shake, rootbeer float, and triple scoop turtle sundae. I got 3 vanilla shakes. This is my second time going here and my order was wrong both times. Of course something new in bushnell is too good to be true. The empty field that was here before was worth more than this place.
