Culver’s

The a/c is broken or something is wrong and the heat is turned up. It’s too hot in this place to for these workers to be here or to eat here. Had to take the food and just eat outside. You can see the workers sweating. (Btw the bathrooms are actually colder) property management do better.

I went to the drive-up and ordered a 2 piece cod dinner. I paid $17.99 for it and ordered nothing else. I waited in the car waiting area for 45 minutes. Finally I told an order runner I was waiting too long. 15 minutes later a manager brought my meal out with a turtle sundae. He gave me a coupon for one free scoop of ice cream. I should have been refunded for the cost of my dinner and given a coupon for a free meal. I will never go back to the Culver’s in Berwyn. Terrible service and the meal was cold after waiting for over an hour for it. Terrible service.

Absolutely love Culver’s and this location is great! No notes. Just good vibes. Also shoutout to Culver’s for having a decent veggie burger.

We were very surprised about the food, service and atmosphere, very friendly personal l, food is great, like home made, shake was delicious and I was very 😯 surprised they have root beer! We can't asked for anything else!

Great service always! Quality of the food has decreased lately. Burgers aren’t as good, not sure why they changed the kind of beef used. Buns are stale and beef is tough and chewy, lacking flavor. Culver’s used to be my favorite but it seems they are cutting corners with the food and it shows. I hate that, because that’s what happened to Portillo’s.
