Culver’s

Everything was good, besides being a little slow but my burger was bright pink once i bit in. I’ve never had this happen before but definitely upset since undercooked ground beef has tons of bacteria.

Honest review, normally I eat here all the time and love the food. Not the service but definitely the food. But I noticed something tonight, 1. The young lady who served me for my pickup order had a complete attitude with me my only words where (I have a pick up order for.....) I was ultra friendly. 2. The burgers are both charred, blackened snd skinny. 3. They where told no onions on one of the burgers but had a full serving of onion. 4. Your store seems to take pickup orders less seriously and do not give the same quality food as someone staying in for dinner. 5. How do you burn a frozen meat patty? I have noticed the bad attitudes at all of the franchise owners Culvers locations, word of advice treat your employees better and they will be happy. This happened at dinner time 2/19/2026

My ice cream looks depressing and like it was made with magic hard shell. Messed up the order and some of the staff was weird (standing around and staring like they have nothing else to do is one example)

Stopped for dinner on my trip. Convenient location near meijer. Tried the grilled chicken sandwich with crinkle fries and onion rings. Food was good and hot. Initially, I got lemonade, but the mix was a bit off , so I switched to another beverage, but my taste buds were still off from the lemonade

Culver's understands what fast casual dining is supposed to be. The employees smile, they look you in the eye, they bring your food out to you. Today I was greeted with a "Hello, how are you doing" as I walked through the door. You just don't get that kind of service anywhere else.
