I was in recently and got the 2 PC fish dinner like I often do. I was a disappointed in the change in the meal. I understand the cost of everything has gone up and potions have gotten smaller.but I was extremely disappointed that the pieces of fish had gotten so much smaller than they have been in the past and the French fry portion was cut in half. Yes the flavor was still good. I'm just hoping that this was a fluke and going toward it will be the portions they have always served in the past.
Culver's is always a tasty stop, though rarely a fast one. I don't think I have ever been to one where I didn't get pulled and asked to wait in the drive-thru. This one is no different. But the food is always quality and worth the wait.
First timer here. The cashier that took our order was very patient with us since we didn't know what to order. They had a huge selection. My husband got a butterbun burger I think it was called. We found out all burgers come plain. You have to tell the order taker exactly what you want on your sandwich. He got a side of fries, they were good. I got chicken tenders with BBQ. I love the sauce. Onion rings were crunchy and delicious. I wasn't very fond of the mashed potatoes with gravy...I believe the gravy was the light chicken gravy, was not a fan. My daughter also got the chicken tenders which were pretty good size. She ate hers plain with no sauce and said she didn't care for them they were a bit on the soft side. The cashier didn't hear me say she wanted cheese curds. But I went back up
This was a nice visit, food was good and hot, pleasant service and comfortable. I have had a poor experience with another Culver's so have never been in a hurry to return. My friend wanted to go,so off we went. I was pleasantly surprised. My only complaint is parking, with only a couple handicap parking spots, and narrow at that, my friend in his wheelchair had a time getting to and in the building. But for the kindness of strangers we may have chosen differently.
Always great food. Sometimes the service is a bit slow but the food is always hot and delicious. We spend about $90 for our family of 6 without desserts, which I think is relative high for "fast food," bit everything is going up, so...
