While the food itself received high praise for its excellent taste, aspects of customer service and pricing were noted as areas for improvement. According to the diner, the establishment was not busy at the time of their visit. However, the interaction with an employee, identified as "Mersi," was described as lacking basic customer service pleasantries such as a greeting, "good morning," or a smile. The highlight of the experience was undoubtedly the food. An order consisting of a small portion of rice and beans with a little meat stew was described as "excellent" and having "great taste.

A really great hole in the wall family owned restaurant & mini-market with amazing hot food. First time there, had flanked steak with yellow rice, refried beans & salad. O.M.G., outrageously delicious!!! Everything tasted so fresh. I went back a week later to get soup & it was vegetables with beef & they nailed it! Who knew?! Our family is loving their food. FYI, very ordinary exterior & interior but the owners & food are worth the try & then some.

Came here a couple of times for lunch and everything’s great, walked in got what I needed and left with a full happy belly!

I had an amazing time here. The employees are very kind, the food is delicious. I love the culture in this restaurant, I would recommend to anyone stopping by for a delicious meal.

Great food, great music. I left here with a smile.
