In December 2025, we visited the BYU Culinary Support Center on BYU Campus in Provo, Utah. The Culinary Support Center processes produce, bakes bread other desserts, cooks soups, and makes BYU ice cream and other dairy products to support various needs of the BYU Dining Services. There is a shipping and receiving area, as well as large walk-in coolers and freezers, cooking and food preparation areas, and a retail store. It was great visiting the Culinary Support Center.
Great ice cream and friendly staff. Also good for simple grocery items.
Good cakes. Great ice cream. Some of the soups are good. Yeah.
Great food, great service!
