Culinary Depot - Commercial Restaurant Equipment & Supplies

I recently made a large appliance purchase from Culinary Depot, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Everyone I have been in contact with has been extremely knowledgeable and kind. Ahron was such a tremendous help from the beginning of this purchase to install, and his follow-up was amazing. When I encountered some issues with the manufacturer, I was connected with Esther, the Customer Service Director, who handled everything with exceptional care and professionalism. She has been incredibly responsive, proactive and truly went above and beyond to ensure issues were resolved. I cannot say enough good things about the both of them and highly recommend Culinary Depot and will be using them in the future.

I went to Culinary Depo to buy new equipment from my kitchen, I dealt with Yosef And was very impressed with his professionalism. I did come prepared with printouts of what I wanted, but he was able to navigate his sources and get me better equipment at lower prices than what I originally anticipated paying Imagine that! Nothing but great things to say about this operation. They are all business highly recommend.

The guys from culinary depot were so professional and treated my restaurant like it was their own. Joe sold me the appliance and was very knowledgeable and gave good honest advice. Jay and Ricardo were the installers and they did a fantastic job and used extreme caution! 10/10 would use them again!

I purchased an ice machine and filter online from Culinary Depot. The ice machine arrived without the filter so I reached out to customer services about the missing item. Aleysa was super responsive and helped me get the missing item. She kept me informed along the way and followed up with me to make sure I had received everything and if I needed anything else. It was a great customer service experience thanks to Aleysa.

We bought a couple of fryers from Culinary Depot. One of them went down while still in warranty. Everyone we dealt with was professional, friendly and very helpful. They got the part ordered and installed in a respectable amount of time and had us back up and running.
