Homemade natural, high quality .ice cream with wonderful staff....it is my family and kiddo's favorite ice cream place....they offer a variety of homemade flavors ,specialty items and delicious shakes..they even offer different milk options for dairy sensitivity customers .I am not sure what's up with neg reviews because we have been customers for years and always recommend it. The pictures posted are also adorable and the staff is kind as well.as very accommodating...totally recommend it

Great selection of unique flavors, amazing ice cream and yogurt, AND fantastic staff that is always super personable and sweet, especially with children! Some of the best employees anywhere!

Currently Ice Cream hopping for a Year Anniversary, our first stop : Cruz Creamery. Handful of ice cream options, also yogurt and toppings. I went with my stable, Cookies and Cream. It was good, but nothing special. My SO got a fudge sundae and enjoyed it was well - enormous! I got to share with him. Service was amazing though.

I'm not one for harsh ratings, but this was the worst ice cream I can remember getting at a shop. All the ice cream was soupy and icy. Truly terrible texture. I saw another recent review of this same issue from more than a week before our visit, so I can't blame it on something temporary. To the management, you have to keep ice cream at the right temperature. Full stop. Soupy ice cream is unacceptable. The cone was filled flat because it was so liquidy, but it managed to have a few chunks of flavorless ice in it that I couldn't even spit out because I tried to drive with the cone and it kept almost sloshing out. I should have walked when we were handed the first one.
