This experience was certainly unusual for this location and for the brand in general. Maybe just having an off day. I placed an online order. I didn’t check in until arriving at the store. So part of my wait was a result of my mistake. However, No staff member acknowledged I even walked in. Or verified who I was to make sure they were working on the order. As a result it appeared that all three employees were working on tasks not on fulfilling the order. The preparation of one cookie was subpar. The toppings were scant and certainly not reflective of the image on the app.

Great Service! Great Quality! Satisfied my sweet tooth.

Crumbl is a guilty pleasure of mine. But also a comfort food when I’m having a bad time or A GREAT time. Cookies are soooo delish and the service at this location is prompt and nice!

I visited on the Grand Opening day and ordered Birthday Cake Cookies and Chocolate Milk with Self Order. Mouth watering Cookie with delicious flavor and fast and professional service provider. Highly Recommended for Cookies Lover. Thanks.

There’s many places that tend to build hype around themselves, but inevitably are a let down. Crumbl isn’t one of them. According to the wifey. The service was nice, nothing too crazy. The atmosphere of the place though? Horrid. It’s so gray and white. Makes me feel like i’m getting my weekly cookie at the asylum. Overall good food though. Would go again .
