The customer service was very nice better than I expected. They help me even when I didn’t ask, and it was very clean. The cookie was also divine.

The staff is fantastic and hard working. I love the open floor plan so you can watch them hard at work making the cookies. I had a snickerdoodle for my first ever Crumbl cookie because it's my favorite flavor. It was delicious.. probably not as amazing as the hype. Or maybe the special flavors are closer to the hype. I gave them 4 stars just because a couple of bites of my cookie had eggshells in it. The girls were working extremely hard trying to get the cookies made and out to customers so I'm not surprised. I 10/10 recommend trying these cookies!

I'm really confused why they offer the option to order ahead. They don't put the orders cookies aside or subtract them from the count. They charge you right away though! Then you drive all the way over there to be told they can't fulfill your order 🤬 When you place an order online and pay for them, they should be put in a separate area so the other employees know they're spoken for. The worst part was that I actually called a half hour before arriving and wasn't told there was an issue.

Super nice folks working here. Wish they had prices posted. It seems they change the menu up a bit weekly so keep checking back in on their web page. The lovely Mrs came home with a cornbread cooking on Friday, not what I’d chosen but it was delicious. Thought I’d try It’s just so clean but I asked and was told they opened on this past Friday. My one and only tip would be to order ahead as the line/wait was rather long when i showed up at 9a on a Monday.
