It would be a better experience if the team members were properly trained to prioritize online orders ahead of the people that walk in and get their desserts in 5 minutes. No reason I put in an order 15 minutes ahead with full cookie availability and sit in a parking spot for 30 minutes as I watch people come and go after me to still wait for my order. And then walking inside and watch either a manager or a leader sit there and yap on a video call resting on the frosting container. Terrible customer service but typical for Tupelo. Management needs to pull it together.

We love Crumbl cookie. Was excited to try the limited flavor of the Benson Boone cookie. It was so pretty and it was good. I think Crumbl is more of a cake cookie. They are huge and can easily feed 4 ppl per cookie.

Absolutely delicious cookies and fast, friendly service. The Lemon Pie is an exquisite blend of sweet and tart and the presentation is beautiful.

i had the worst experience the last time i came in. Manager was extremely rude and had a sour look on her face the whole time when i just asked how long it would take for my cookies to come out. will not be coming back. should be called crusty cookies
