So skimpy on the Dubai chocolate but quick to charge extra $2. You’ve lost my business, skimpers! Update to the “owner”: you had your chance and this was not the first time. Stop skimping because your product is hard to justify if you make it like it should be made, let alone when you skimp on it.
This location needs to do better. The teenager's need customer service supervision. I was wondering what our cookies were going to taste like considering poor service experience. Sadly our cookies were hard no way were these fresh. This is not fair that we paid to be given less than$ It seems the cookies rotation needs a new plan. We will not be returning to this location not even if you gave us replacement. No thank you. Unacceptable:(
Grabbed the Oreo. It was supposed to be a warm cookie. It was handed to me straight from the fridge. Left a review on how hard the cookie was. I enjoy crumbl and this wasn’t like my normal experiences.
Ordered cookies from this location Friday night 10/24. I sent my husband in to grab them, we opened the box and the banana bread cookie looked subpar and nothing like the reference cookie in the store. It was small, domed and had like an half dollar size of icing in the middle. Usually whenever we order Crumbl, the employee will show us the cookies to make sure we are happy with them before they hand them over— they did not do this during this visit. We also ordered a Twix cookie from the same location a few months ago and same exact story- the cookie looked like crap and they didn’t show us the cookies before handing them to us- I didn’t open the box until I got home so I made sure to look before we left this time. I went back inside and was able to exchange the cookie for a better one an
Super friendly when I walked in and greeted me. I placed a mobile order and there was about 15 min wait, not too long. I didn’t get the guy at the counters name but he was super nice showing me my order and then bagging it up for me. Definitely gonna order again. Me and my kids love crumbl cookies.
