I visited this Crumbl Cookie location recently and unfortunately did not have a good experience. When I walked in, no one greeted me or acknowledged me at all. I stood there for a bit feeling invisible. Shortly after, a Caucasian man came in and was immediately greeted and welcomed by the staff. That difference in treatment made me feel uncomfortable and honestly unwelcome. As a Black woman, you notice when you’re being overlooked while others are acknowledged right away. Whether intentional or not, it didn’t feel good and it didn’t feel fair. Customer service should be consistent for everyone who walks through the door. A simple greeting goes a long way. I hope the staff can be more mindful moving forward so all customers feel seen and respected.

I am honestly disgusted. These cookies look absolutely nothing like the pictures you show online, it’s a total scam. Some of them were hard as a rock, while others were literally raw and undercooked in the middle. To make it even worse, the frosting tasted like it was expired or spoiled. Everything about this was gross and a total waste of money. I was so excited for these, but I’m beyond disappointed and honestly just grossed out by the whole thing. I wouldn't even give these to my dog. Never again.

Great service, some of the valentines days cookies were sold out. However still had a good variety! So good.

It’s nice to savor a fully cooked cookie that’s soft. I find the taste of flavor to be well balanced. From the choices I’ve made nothing is overly sweet or extreme in any case. These are certainly better than the big cookie chains you might find in a mall. I believe these are aspirationally positioned in the bigger marketing perspective; while they're tasty I’m not sure it hits the gourmet level like you’d find at a place like NYCs Serendipty. 4 out of 5 stars means this is really good. According to my 8 year old son these are heavenly and constantly begs me for these. Both he and I feel like their quality goes up and down. At roughly $5 per cookie you will need to dig up your loose change. I do recommend.

It’s always a vibe at crumbl cookie no matter the location. Always welcoming very friendly and my cookies alway on point!!!!
