The strawberry biscoff cookie is literally the most amazing cookie I have ever eaten. Incredible first experience and I WILL be back this week for it again 👀🤣

I have come here a few times. The last time I came in there was a person from Nashville from their corporate office. I had asked them about the “everything bagel” cookie and when it would be back. That I had been told it was good. He laughed and said it was “interesting”. He showed me on the app that I can vote for flavors to be brought in and wow was I shocked. The everything bagel one got about 25k downvotes. I said wow that must be realllly bad. But the employees at this location are always friendly.

I buy Crumbl for my accounts at work, and they’re always excited to see those pink boxes in their office! The staff is consistently friendly and very accommodating. I highly recommend Crumbl to anyone looking for an above average cookie experience!

Crumbl is over 1,000 calories for a cookie. Great taste, but not exactly the healthiest. Customer service was ok, and the cookies were extremely tasty. Great for a cheat day on the diet!

Ordered the Dubai chocolate brownie but they were out of the full sized ones which is what I paid for. Gave me two minis which is smaller than getting a large. Wasn’t willing to match the full sized option fairly. And argued they were the same price but admitted I was getting less. One mini is 380 cal per vs the full being 1080 cal as an example. Just disappointed they weren’t willing to match the size with how much you’re paying for a full size one. So everyone is getting less of a brownie right now
