It's getting to be that every time I go to place a order at this location they are sold out of the cookie I wanted to get. I play this game now where I check the East Lansing location to see if they have the cookie I wanted available still and that location ALWAYS does. It's just a game I play, I don't go to the East Lansing location because I don't want to drive 20 minutes to go there. How is it that the East Lansing location never runs out but this location does constantly? Also, and this one isn't this location specific, how is it that Crumbl sells desserts in cups occasionally (this week is the cookies & cream cocoa mousse cup) and yet there is no bag or box to put it in until I make it home?! I literally had to hold the cookies & cream cup in one hand while driving home. I could've se

⭐⭐⭐⭐ The cookies are always 🔥 — fresh, delicious, and honestly hard to resist every time I stop in. The staff at this location has always been friendly and helpful too, which definitely makes the experience better. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is because the entrance/storefront area could really use some attention. It sometimes feels a little dirty or neglected walking in, which takes away from the overall vibe. If that got cleaned up more consistently, this would easily be a 5-star spot for me!

Got the mini 12 pack for my son's teachers for an end of the school year thank you and got the free mini sampler to bring home, which my 8 year old devoured in minutes! So yummy and such a great way to put a smile on someone's face!

I was able to come to this location for the grand opening! When I say the cookies were absolutely amazingly warm, fresh and delicious. When you open the door you smell the aroma of the cookie batter. The staff were super friendly and excited to greet the customers. Each week they will have certain flavors. This week was chocolate chip, sugar, mint, Boston cream and gingerbread. I was able to buy a dozen of cookies. They ran out of the gingerbread. It’s fairly small in the inside but beautiful decorated. I would definitely recommend. They are a bit pricey but they are a nice decent size for the price and the taste. Literally melts into your mouth.

They sell the best cookies at cookie crumble they’re delicious soft I am addicted to them every time I go buy them. I buy like 10 of them all different colors and taste so good and delicious. Yummy yummy. I love it. They’re the best. I will never buy a different cookie that is my cookie crumble
