Crumbl

When I walked in and placed over $100 order, I cannot believe the customer service I received as well as the teenagers running the place to make it look like a joke. The establishment is dirty. I never had issues like this with Crumbl cookie and super upset that it is Not even taken into consideration and the company doesn’t even do anything about it.

I love the rewards program with Crumbl. A lot of places you don't get to use their rewards until you spend a ton of money at their business. Considering my daughter and I go every time there is a Dubai themed cookie on the menu it works well for us. And, it's close to my work. If she's had a particularly good day at school I stop on my way home.

Clean establishment, polite workers, a very fun and lively place, the foot traffic at this location is crazy. I love the Brownie Batter Cookie, it’s even more amazing when it’s warm.

Personally did not care for the cookie I selected. It was lacking in flavor/taste, was heavy, and it had a lot of oily residue. The shop was very run down and service was backed up. DISCLAIMER: The shop had many people so my opinion about the cookies probably differs from everyone else.

I've only been to crumbl for my nephew, but the few times I have, have been recently and they do have a decent set up. Nice atmosphere for cookies and the smell of them is good. If your not technology inclined and don't use card, then your gonna have a hard time as they don't take cash as far as I'm aware of. Some of the prices are a little high, but I guess it's ok for the size and quality. Sum it up to being a solid place.
