Excellent place to stop for lunch on the way to or from north woods of Wisconsin. The combination of solid affordable food and good service is hard to beat. Amongst the sea of fast food franchises, this place is worth seeking out.

Great retro mom and pop hamburger stand. Nothing fancy just good food. They have a wide assortment of burgers, hotdogs, chicken, shrimp, fish plus ice cream treats. Well worth stopping.

This is a seasonal, warm weather, place that tends to close by October. They have tasty drive-in food with many ice cream options as well. Since covid, the indoor dining has opened again, and there are still plenty of picnic tables available outside. The onion rings and cheese curds are very good. Everything, including the fries, is crispy and hot. I like the burger bun and how they toast it. Cruise and play their vintage arcade game featuring Pac Man and Dig Dug. You dig?...

Really excellent fish sandwich. Crispy and not greasy. Cheese curds and fries were great. My husband said his burger was as well. Love the outdoor seating options. Shakes are delicious, too. They have quite a bit to choose from on their menu.

We have stopped here several times on our way up to the Northwoods. Usually order a cheeseburger with fried onions and ketchup and Chicago Hot Dog. Also chocolate malt. They have an outside order window and outdoor picnic tables to eat at. The hamburgers are real good with nice caramelized onions. They have a large selection of different styles of hot dogs. The Chicago Dog was delicious and the Vienna sausage used was a jumbo hot dog not some skinny type dog! We will definitely stop again to try their other hot dogs!
