Crown Fried Chicken - CFC

Can’t ask for a better mom&pop type of greasy spoon on the corner! So many options, all of which will hit the spot. We got some fried chicken and some beef kabab. The fried chicken was excellent as always, and the beef kabab was actually just a beef steak but it was delicious nonetheless! The tartar sauce provided was so yummy and the rice was perfect! I prefer the spicy rice, it’s not spicy but just a bit more flavourful. Going back for the beef patties for sure. Owner is also so SO friendly and always has a smile on his face!

The order included chicken pieces with french fries, coleslaw, and mashed potatoes. The order was not ready on time. The food was not fresh. We threw away the mashed potatoes because they smelled bad, and we threw away the coleslaw because it was old. Unfortunately, everything was bad; the place also smelled bad and was not appealing at all.

Quite literally the driest chicken I've ever had in my life. I have no idea how they pass this stuff off as food. I seriously would not feed this to my dog. Also the fact that the man working behind the counter said, "The cook left the chicken in the fryer a little too long so it might be a little dry" and STILL served this to humans shows exactly what kind of place this is. The place is dirty and needs to be updated. This was my first and LAST time ever eating at a crown.

We came from out of state with 2 extremely picky eaters. Not busy which was great chicken tenders and fries were very good! Happy kiddos

Ordered delivery from this place for the first time and the food was horrible. The mac and cheese had a weird taste to it like it was freezer burned. The rice had a soapy taste to it. The fried chicken sandwich was just a frozen patty that you can buy at the grocery store. The Jamaican patties had some fake mushy looking filling in it and was not typical beef like it should be. It looked like refried beans but tasted like it was from a squeeze tube. My girlfriend got food poisoning from it... Could have either been the chicken sandwich or the weird tasting mac and cheese. First time ordering from this place and I will never order from there again.
