Crotty's Cheesesteaks

Absolutely the BEST cheesesteak in New York…I will argue the best PERIOD (sorry philly). Customer service is outstanding and the food? Child please! Amazingly delicious! Also, the owner, Paul, is nothing short of a saint. Overall, Crotty’s is simply spectacular. I’m hooked for life.

Thoroughly enjoyed this spot. We finally came in after following for years on social media when I believe the owners would be delivering food to locals throughout Westchester during the pandemic. So let’s get down to it, my family and I came in right around 4 o’clock on a Saturday afternoon. We know it’s a college spot so we didn’t want to risk going during a lunch or dinner rush. When we walked in we were the only ones there and were quickly greeted by a young gentleman and a woman in the kitchen area. Our order: 1 order of chicken fingers & fries 1 mac & cheesesteak bowl. 1 traditional sandwich (shortie size) and 1 Chopped Chicken Parm Philly (New Item) I had originally asked for the Rocky Cheesesteak but since it had mozzarella and marinara sauce the young man took notice and recomm

Very disappointed.. Cheesesteaks here are great (and I'm from Philly) but when they blatantly omitted an almost $20 cheesesteaak thru Uber Eats, they would neither refund or re-deliver my food. FYI Uber Eats only refunds small portion of cost UPDATE : owner intervened and seemed genuinely interested in rectifying the situation. Which he did, generously. While in-store workers could be nicer, the cheesesteaks are banging and worth the effort. Adjusting up my rating.

Probably the best cheesesteak you can get in Westchester. What keeps it from getting five stars is that I wish there was a little more meat to bun ratio

Today I was driving by and saw this cheesesteak spot and asked my boy Frank who works close by how are their philly cheesesteak and he approved. Fast forward i ordered the BBQ Pit cheesesteak and man when I tell you it was a hit. I also met the owner who was super cool and extremely proud of his food menu. Food was extremely tasty and felt like I was in Philly eating one. I will definitely be going back to try other things on the menu.
